Content creation is evolving fast, and AI is playing a bigger role than ever. In this episode of Gifts from the Edge, Andrew puts Notebook LM to the test—a Google-powered AI tool that processes information, summarizes key ideas, and even generates entire podcast episodes in minutes.
Instead of just discussing AI, Andrew lets the tool do the work. He feeds Notebook LM various sources from his own sites and then watches and listens as it creates what sounds like an unscripted, impromptu dialogue between two AI-generated voices. Andrew calls them Sally and Tim, and they call their 'podcast' conversation 'The Deep Dive'.

What is Notebook LM?
Notebook LM is an AI-powered tool integrated with Google Workspace that helps users process large amounts of information quickly. With it, users can:

How I did it...
To test its capabilities, I used Notebook LM to generate a conversation between two AI-generated speakers. I called them "Sally and Tim".
The AI pulled insights from about 5 sources - my websites, past interviews, and business mentoring materials, and it crafted a scripted (but very natural) dialogue covering:
📌 Leadership and personal development.
📌 Business growth strategies.
📌 The importance of continuous learning and adaptability.
The AI pieced it all together in minutes—something that typically takes hours of writing, recording, and editing.
