Alicia Wade is an amazing woman. She is a dynamo personality and her life is a testament to the power of GRATITUDE. She is sometimes now referred to as “Dr Gratitude” - but it hasn't always been smooth sailing for Alicia.
Alicia has been through the dark days of domestic violence, and has used this experience to help her become a beacon of hope for other women who might be going through their own tough times.
Last year she co-founded the Women’s Walk and Talk Hervey Bay which now has over 700 members. Women who come together, simply to walk and share life, both of which improve mental health outcomes in the community.
In this episode you'll hear stories about:
Alicia's 'prison lifestyle'
Falling from grace - from Operations Manager of 150 Early Childhood Care centres, earning 6 figures - to total burnout, moving back home and trying to piece her life back together.
Her discovery of personal development techniques and powerful gratitude methods.
