How we
The impact scores are determined by estimating the direct ripple effect that come as a result of working with or in one of Andrew's programs,
or as a result of a strategic partnership.

These stories are recorded as blog posts with an Impact Badge
and then tallied to calculate the overall impact score.
RIPPLE EFFECT: 10+
A parent or mentor who, as a result of working with Andrew and/or his material testifies to a positive impact in the life of their family and friends
RIPPLE EFFECT: 50+
An active and influential contributor to their community. Their work with Andrew and/or his material has directly and positively impacted at least 50 other people
RIPPLE EFFECT: 100+
Beyond ‘active and influential’, a community leader plays a direct role in positively shaping the lives of a large group of people (100+)
RIPPLE EFFECT: 5 x 20 = 100+
An educator, trainer or coach who works with 10 groups of 10+ clients
OR 5 groups of 20 clients OR one group of 20+ for 5 seasons of growth
RIPPLE EFFECT: 300+
An educator, trainer or coach who has been positively impacting at MX Coach or Community Leader level for 3 years or more
RIPPLE EFFECT: 500+ direct or 10 x 50+
Positively impacts the lives of more than 500 people on a regular basis. This could be one very large community or by coaching 10 or more Network leaders
RIPPLE EFFECT: 1000+
An Influencer, Speaker, Event or Strategic Partnership that has directly impacted the lives of more than 1000 people.
